They take the stress away and can approach your space creatively and objectively, bringing new ideas to the table you may never have considered.

  • What is your interior style?

    Whilst our aesthetic is grounded in light, calm and beautifully finished luxury, we always approach each project collaboratively. We don’t force our ideas onto you; instead, we consider your lifestyle, the architecture of the space and your tastes. We integrate our interior style with one that feels right for you.

  • What type of projects do you do?

    We transform high-end homes, hotels and commercial spaces throughout London and Sydney. We can either take on a new-build or refurbishment, managing part or all of the design process from concept and space planning to procurement, finishing, fitting and styling.

  • How does the interior design process work?

    We begin with a consultation to understand more about your project, lifestyle and aspirations. From there, we take a comprehensive design brief before creating the initial budget, design concepts and space plan, which we would present and explain. When you are happy to proceed, we would begin developing the design, executing the plan, procuring the furnishings, liaising with trades people and implementing the project.   • How long does an interior design project take?

    This depends on the size of the project and the level of service you need from our team. Typically, a project will take between 6-12 months, but we would confirm timescales after our initial meeting.

  • How involved do I need to be in the project?

    We value your emotional connection to the final design. Your availability to provide feedback throughout the process ensures a truly personalised space that reflects your unique style and preferences.

  • Can you manage the entire interior design project?

    Yes. Our clients often rely on our expertise and experience to take the stress away and manage the interior design project entirely. Whilst we don’t manage the build process (that’s the responsibility of the builder/developer), we can also work alongside the contractors to ensure the interior design aligns with the overall plan. We would liaise with you as frequently as you require.

  • What clients do you work with?

    For residential projects, we typically work with people who already embrace and appreciate a more organic, sustainable, healthy lifestyle – however, we are also happy to be that first point in a client’s new transformation too. Our clients have the budget and desire for high-end finishes and furnishings. We also work with boutique hotels, hotel chains, commercial spaces and workspaces in London and Sydney.

  • How many clients do you work with at any one time?

    Our founders, Mima and Liz, oversee each project to ensure a unique, personal design that considers every detail. This means we can only work with a select few clients at a time and often have a waiting list. If you have an ideal timeline, please contact us as soon as you can, even if you aren’t ready to move yet, as we can advise you on our availability and provisionally plan you in.

  • Which countries do you work in?

    We prefer to work in the UK and Australia but can and have worked elsewhere in the world for the right project. Please contact us about yours and we can advise you.

  • How long have you been designing?

    We have been in the interior design profession for 20 years.

  • Do you work with other trade professionals?

    Yes. We are always building our community of exceptional, trusted trade people and incredible makers, creators and artisans. They share our values of quality, transparency, wellbeing and sustainability. They are friendly, professional and will always leave your property as they found it.

  • How do you charge for your services?

    We charge a fixed fee based on the amount of work it will take us to create your dream design. We’ll communicate this upfront before any work begins to help you budget from the start.

  • What if I don’t like the design?

    As we always begin with a beautifully presented visual concept and plan, you will have the opportunity to work through any features you don’t like before construction starts. The final design won’t deviate from the agreed theme unless agreed with your beforehand. For your peace of mind, we have never had a client not love our designs.   • What happens at the first interior design consultation?

    After our initial discovery phone conversation, we will meet to discuss your project, ideas (if you have any), budget and lifestyle in further detail. It would help if you came to the meeting having thought about how involved you want to be, what your timescales are, how the space will be used and by whom, what your style preferences are, and any questions you have. We’ll explain how we work and what to expect at that initial meeting.
